This included adding new facilities and modifying existing ones as needed.-Provided in-house training to FDOT personnel about the NPDES program, illicit connections, and hazardous waste.-Evaluating Statewide Environmental Resource Permits of existing facilities to ensure compliance.-Performed inspections of FDOT maintenance yards to ensure compliance with the FDOT Statewide Stormwater Management Plan.-Estimated state roads nutrient loads using a pollutant load screening model for different Best Management Practices (BMPs) technologies in order to estimate the nutrient load contribution in the development of FDEP Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL).-Provided support to FDOT-4 for the Basin Management Action Plans (BMAPs) of Lake Okeechobee, St. Lucie Estuary and Central Indian River Lagoon.
