Busy developping a new advanced manufacturing technology of plastic injection into 3D printing assisted silicone rubber molds. Focused on creating an eco-friendly end-to-end workflow that takes advantages of the low cost, locally made silicone tooling and the productivity and costs of industrial injection molding. My goal is to lead a taleted team into creating all the tools needed for a quick industrial adoption of our SiOCAST technology in order to accelerate the transition to a greener and local manufacturing processes, on-shoring traditionally overseas plastic manufacturing using also the tools the 4.0 Industry provides.
