The intersection between technology and organizations has my interest both as practitioner and as researcher. As Chief of Rollouts and Country Management at SCRM I devote myself to support the further digitalization of the Lidl group by enabling the international implementation of our hub’s omnichannel and loyalty products.As a researcher, my work is oriented towards information systems and their relationships with the companies where they are implemented. Why some information system projects fail while others succeed has caught my interest and steered my doctoral research. My current research continues to explore this field.
