As BIM Manager, I was responsible for the implementation of the Archicad software and implementation of the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling) at this office.Initially with direct training by Graphisoft's Country Manager Brazil, I was able to acquire the skills to develop an implementation plan in which templates, libraries, control tools, and a new collaborative workflow through BIM servers were created.Also in charge of training the project teams, I was responsible for training all the professionals, about 30 architects, in the Archicad software and its coordinators in the methodology of collaborative work.The establishment of processes and standards for future projects were elaborated during the development of the Pilot Project, which demonstrated the efficiency in time and quality of the final product.I was given the opportunity to take on this role because of my advanced knowledge of the Archicad software and also of my Project Management training based on Project Management Institute (PMI)
