I’m responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Throughout my time here, I’ve engaged with multiple clients, such as Embratel and Merck Animal Health. I was responsible for organizing, conducting, leading, and developing national and global projects and reaching some important results for our customers.- I have automatized 85% of the process for hiring a new service, giving autonomy to the users, and optimizing the time for the sales team in more than 50% for delivering them qualified leads to work with.- I optimized the content search mechanism and enhanced the readability for more than 45k monthly users throughout the US and Europe.- I increased the customer design team's performance and brand consistency by developing templates to create more than 1k variations of web pages and emails. Also, the project sped up the design of a web page from 3 days to 6 hours.

As the only Product Designer on the team, I participated in the whole process of product development, working closely with the product manager and engineers to analyze business goals, technical requirements, and limitations to craft the first versions of the product and then iterate on the solution to improve the user experience for web and mobile applicationsDespite the short time working for the company, I could reach some significant results:- I organized the design process focusing on a user-centered approach, which gave the team tools to work with user feedback to speed up the process and constantly iterate on the solution.- I craft the first version of the product to validate with doctors and patients.- I optimized the user flow to enhance the screening conversion rate.

I collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team and was responsible for utilizing discovery methods with both internal and external stakeholders. My duties included conducting workshops to define business needs and problem statements, developing solutions and high-fidelity prototypes, and iterating on design solutions.I could bring important results to the users during my time at the company:- I enhance the efficiency of patient care in ICUs by providing essential information to medical staff for earlier sepsis detection.- I collaborate to reduce the progression of ICU patients to severe sepsis.- I developed features that reduced hospital queues by 80% during the peak of COVID-19.
