Responsible for practice administration with a focus on HR development.Key responsibilities as HR Developer include:- Advising the Partnership Board on HR matters- Administrating and conducting annual staff reviews, reporting directly to the Partners.- Managing the annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme.- Developing and implementing Personal Development Plans and their integrationwith annual reviews and L&D goal setting.- Responsible for providing onboarding and offboarding support to team leaders.- Responsible for tender management, working to strict deadlines and liaising with all stakeholders involved.- Producing and implementing practice policies.- Keeping up to date with UK Employment Law.
