I am passionate about working with defined benefit pension plans and streamlining the retirement process for those who protect us. I have been doing so with Foster & Foster for over 13 years and am excited for what the future holds. As a partner and the head of the plan administration division, I oversee a staff with over 90 years of combined experience that provide administrative services to over 75 pension plans across the nation. One of the many things that differentiate Foster & Foster from our competitors is the personal service and responsiveness we guarantee to our clients. Our goal is to make each client feel like they are our only client.Foster & Foster’s consulting team consists of over 35 staff members, including 20 credentialed actuaries, eight of whom are Fellows in the Society of Actuaries. We partner with organizations to provide quality health care benefits while controlling the cost. We do this through a strategic approach that addresses the causes behind health care cost increases in order to control premiums rather than pass costs on to employees.
