I lead Capital One’s enterprise mobile development team focused on building iOS applications for employees. Our team focuses on building modern mobile experiences for employees across lines of business. We’ve developed a diverse portfolio of applications that range from employee education tools, productivity and workflow applications, to real-time call center analytics and reporting. Our team utilizes native iOS development tools to build simple and intuitive user interfaces for iOS devices.The enterprise mobile development team also provides training and advisory services for internal groups within Capital One that are building their own mobile apps. We support internal teams by developing reusable code libraries, implementation guides for common tasks, and one-on-one developer support for complex development questions.

I was responsible for building the Mobile Development practice Acuity including business development, proposal capture, and engagement delivery at multiple federal clients. I led the development of a suite of enterprise iOS mobile apps designed to improve information delivery to executives within the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Treasury. These applications streamline the way principals within government receive mission-critical information. The mobile applications I’ve developed have been utilized by Secretary of State John Kerry and other principals within the Department of State and Treasury.I have experience working with all major MDM platforms and have deployed enterprise apps to government-owned iPads and iPhones. The mobile apps have included custom solutions for user authentication, data encryption containers, and custom data sync services to connect to the State Department's enterprise systems.I have experience building native iOS application using both Objective-C and Swift and have experience using IaaS and PaaS services from both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure to build mobile application backends.

I worked in PwC’s Federal Consulting Practice supporting a portfolio of Federal Government clients within the Data Management Group. PwC’s Data Management Group developed data analytics and reporting solutions for government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, U.S State Department, and the Department of Defense. I led of team of application developers that created and deployed custom reporting and workflow applications including:ForeignAssistance.gov - Open Government data aggregation and reporting platform for U.S. foreign aid spending across the government.FEMA Open Government Data Quality Program - Assessment and monitoring program to ensure the quality of data reported to USASpending.gov. Standardized the process of regularly measuring and assessing the quality of data feeds to USASpending.govCriminal Investigations Operational Dashboard - U.S. Secret Service (USSS) operations reporting dashboard to provide near real-time operational and financial information on ongoing investigations led by USSS.
