National Legal Research Group (NLRG) founded the legal research industry in 1969 with the mission of providing solo practitioners, small law firms, and corporate counsel with the same legal research firepower enjoyed by larger firms, at an affordable price, on an “as needed” basis. Before joining NLRG in 1992, I was an associate practicing in general corporate, securities, and institutional finance law with a Hartford, Connecticut, firm. My specialties at NLRG include civil procedure, consumer protection, and business law areas such as contracts (including UCC and CISG) and corporations. I have written hundreds of motions and briefs for state and federal trial and appellate courts of all levels. I wrote the annual supplement for the Federal Trade Commission treatise for more than 15 years.
