Roles and Responsibilities:• Ensures all activities are in line with company’s standards & quality.• Ensuring the project meets its deadlines at each stage.• Incorporate ad-hoc duties with existing projects to minimize delays.• Listening and responding to team & client requests.• Review and monitor project plan & schedule for continuity & completeness.• Review manpower and equipment usage.• Ensure changes to technical specifications are appropriately captured in related documentations.• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, maximize use of resources, etc.• Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions & ensuring solutions are implemented.• Maintain communications with all personnel on/off the project.• Ensures team members have a clear understanding of the overall strategy & priorities of the project.• Manages the communication processes between parties on all project activities.• Conduct regular team meetings & maintaining team activities & morale.• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) & report regularly on project status to superior/management.• Maintains safe & clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards & specifications.• Assist with preparation of tenders including preparation of technical proposal, method statements, calculation, drawing review, equipment lists and manpower.• Review the client’s procedure related to tenders, i.e. Request for Quotation (RFQ), project specification, scope of work, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), etc. • Define all operational requirements contained within the project contract and verify that all actions are performed in accordance with procedures & deadlines.• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements & performance standards.
