I have been implementing HRIT system and process solutions since 1996 and have worked for a variety of companies, in many industries, from large multi-national companies to small/medium-sized UK centric businesses. I am experienced working on projects involving colleagues from various countries including working with offshore staff and on sensitive outsourcing/business transformation programs. I am comfortable working with clients at all levels, and from different parts, of the business and know important it is to tailor my interactions accordingly. Workday is a highly configurable system and a client's configuration depends on many factors such as: - Company size;- Industry;- Global presence;- Project resources;- IT landscape;- Self- service philosophy.Therefore, recommended solutions for one client can differ even between similar companies. I strongly believe in implementing consistent processes with the focus, where possible, on low maintenance configuration as this will lead to greater data quality which in turn leads to better trust and usage in the system.Excited to be back at CloudRock Partners as their HCM Domain Lead.
