Founded in the early 50-ies of the previous century, Ferro Explore has a history of innovation in research. Ferro Explore is dedicated to qualitative research and is innovative in this field, but works closely together with innovative quantitative agencies to push the limits towards qual-quant approaches.Since 2007 Ferro Explore! is has been developing narrative methods, based upon the work of prof. Dave Snowden. This is within a broader context of developing new methods and tools helping clients to adapt to the growing complexity in society. Jochum has experience with more than 50 narrative projects. He has written six ESOMAR papers on narrative research, including one with Dave Snowden 'stop asking questions' and a paper that received the ESOMAR award for best paper in the category methodology (with Wim van der Noort 'Loser, Hero or Human being. Are you ready for emergent truth?'). Jochum is also a licensed friend and co-developper of the 23Plusone method (www.23plusone.org), a tested card set representing the totality of human values.
