I have around 6 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams introducing new products and working on product line improvements such as cycle time reduction, new certification requirements and KPI optimization projects and over 14 years of experience in the industry.I have a strong background on Quality and customer negotiations always looking to meet customer specifications without comprising product integrity. Regarding total competitive cost I have lead cost reduction projects oriented to scrap and second source suppliers’ validation always considering safety in the operation and providing the conditions to avoid any risky situation.I additionally have experience on receiving customer and third-party audits, leading them and being part of the improvement plan implementation. My green / black belt training let me understand and apply Core Tools as well as Lean Manufacturing projects with savings over 3M USD / year for the last one at Corning and major impact projects at Siemens for the Commissioning and Circuit Breakers repairs involving the project management team.On the other hand, I enjoy developing people and expose them to new challenges increasing their experience and always looking for their growth within the organization. During my stay at emz Hanauer I was responsible for 24 people and at Corning this number increased to 60 continuously looking for development and a more competitive team.
