 Analyzed the risk and made more than 60 Dashboard Report for Middle (5.000 – 25.000 USD Revenue) and Big Segment (More than 25.000 USD Revenue) every quarter. Help Business Development to meet the Prospect and give ideas that makes win the Prospect on Corporate and RM Segment. Analyzed existing medical benefit program, cost driver by reviewing client’s cost / utilization data and identify key issue for client to suggest additions or change the benefit design for renewal process. Negotiate with the Insurance team to decrease the premium and give better benefit for Client based on the Dashboard Report. Present the Dashboard Report to client so they know about the Company situation. Develop Room & Board hospital affordability report. Develop Benchmarking Study report and comparison data Policy from Insurers Learning about BI (Business Intelligence) for our program development. Made a health bulletin every month. Update the Dashboard Report every year. Analyzed strategy for develop business process and system.
