"Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPRKP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta" conducted a data collection project on Backlog and uninhabitable houses in DKI Jakarta for the year 2023. In this project, I surveyed more than 150 houses in the Cipinang Besar Utara area of East Jakarta.The survey focused on assessing the condition of various aspects of the buildings, including the foundation, beams, columns, ring beams, roof frame, walls, floors, ventilation, windows, ceilings, roof coverings, toilets, and other components. Additionally, the survey included the evaluation of factors such as the building area-to-occupant ratio, the source of drinking water, and various other aspects.

Here are some key points I learned:- I learned about BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Civil 3D,- I learned about digital surveys such as Photogrammetry (using drones like the Dji Phantom 4 RTK, GNSS, and Pix4D Mapper Software), Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS), and Camera360,- I saw how BIM is not just a set of database and visual representation tools, but also a collaborative way of working.

Asian English Olympics (AEO) is one of the most anticipated International English Competitions in Asia. It's a place where young people can compete, showcase their skills, and build connections.
