I first started developing myself handling various computer software programs like: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Macromedia Director, Quark express, Avid and 3dsmax at the Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht (GLU). After a while I specialized 'deeper' skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Premiere. Finished my exams and finished three internships at ThiemeMeulenhof, te Mebel videoproducties and local news station Deventer TV.After finishing the exams at the GLU I went to study in Amsterdam at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HVA). Focussing on my new subsequent interest: marketing, advertising, communication and brand management. My personal mission was to combine the technical creative skills (i've learned on the GLU) with the necessary marketing, advertising, communication and brand management skills (that I will learn at the HVA). I have finished the Bachelor at Hogeschool van Amsterdam and graduated in 'Brand management'.After finishing my exams i started working for 'Arjatex'. Arjatex is an international supplier of linings and various products in the fashion- (and later on) printing industry. On behalf of Arjatex I communicated with various international fashion brands like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and sold them a various collections of products. Next to selling and designing linings, I also was an agent for the German company 'Frieba' and sold trimmings and other accessories for the fashion industry. After working for Arjatex I've decided to start my own companies 'Rulywaka marketing & brand management’ and 'Ferry van Middelkoop photography' . With Rulywaka i'm focussing on multiple assignments within in brand management, marketing, internet marketing (SEO) and webdesign. With Ferry van Middelkoop photography I’m focussing on fashion and portrait photography. My clients are brands, artists and companies like Rietbergh, Mproof, InThere, DJ Sidney Samson, Eva Simons, DJ Onderkoffer, DJ Vito Mendez,etc.
