I am a Senior Researcher at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science. My research focuses on machine learning applications in time series, particularly financial time series. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively participated in several research projects in collaboration with industry partners. Notably, I contributed to projects like Futourist, focusing on trend forecasting in tourism, and AgriviSmart, developing machine learning-based agricultural decision support systems.In addition to research, I serve as a Teaching Assistant for courses such as Analytics of Finance, Statistical Data Analysis, and Computational Statistics.Previously, I worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, where I developed software for site monitoring devices.My passion lies in applying machine learning and statistics to solve complex problems across various industries. I am always eager to collaborate and explore new opportunities that make a meaningful impact.
