I hold 5 professional certifications: (1) Associate Expert in Building Engineering (SKK Ahli Madya Teknik Bangunan Gedung); (2) Associate Geotechnical Expert (SKK Ahli Madya Geoteknik); (3) Insinyur (Ir); (4) Professional Engineers Competency Certificate - Junior Profesional Engineer (Sertifikat Kompetensi Insinyur Profesional, SKIP – Insinyur Profesional Pratama, IPP); (5) Certificate of Engineer Registration (Surat Tanda Regitrasi Insinyur, STRI). This is done when the project needs assistance with technical aspects that require technical justification, most often regarding structural and geotechnical aspects. Designed using reinforced concrete (Special Moment Frame, SMF). Uniqueness in this project is the cantilever 6m long with reinforced concrete, 12m span reinforced concrete beam, and 16m diameter GRC dome with steel pipe frame. Assigned as structure engineer in the planning (structural design) and implementation (supervision of structural aspects in accordance with design). -
Engineering Manager (Act.)Pt Acset Indonusa Tbk Feb 2021 - Jul 2021Penanganan Longsoran Cipali Km122The landslide occurred at Cikopo - Palimanan (Cipali) KM122 on February 9, 2021. PT ACSET was appointed as the contractor to handle the situation. The time allocated for planning and executing the necessary actions was considerably limited, as the road required reoperation promptly. Despite these challenges, I was designated as the acting Engineering Manager in a small team to undertake the following tasks:• Making temporary countermeasures such as a contraflow plan so that traffic can diverted to other lanes, temporary countermeasures such as covering the slope, use of wood stakes or bamboo, and installation of temporary retaining walls (sheet piles) on embankment that have experienced landslides so that the deformation of the slope does not increase significantly, which result in disrupting the active lanes used.• Permanent solution such as: coordinating with the consultant regarding the slope design to be used, creating a work sequence (work methods, resources used, and implementation schedule), preparing cost estimate/budget cost of work schedule and performance (RAB/BCWS), cost budget / actual cost work performance (RAP/ACWP), selecting vendors and preparing quality control (Inspection Test Plan).• Process control: coordination related to design implementation and work progress with supervisory consultant, suitability of installed material quality, monitoring productivity, and coordinating project cash flow. -
Structure EngineerPt Acset Indonusa Tbk Oct 2018 - Jun 2020Ahemce Employee Center United Tractors Project Di Jakarta Utara3-storey building (per floor @2,428 m2). Designed with steel and steel concrete composite materials. The earthquake force resisting system is a special moment frame (SMF). Functioned as a sports center such as a soccer field, badminton, table tennis, swimming pool, gym, basketball, etc. The uniqueness of this building is the long span from column to column (24 meters) to accommodate spaces that have large dimensions such as a swimming pool (GF floor) and a soccer field (2nd floor). In both function spaces, the height between floors reaches 10m.In this project, I worked under a mentor who is an expert with a specialization in structures, especially steel structures (Ir. Johny Chow Kok Yein, B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA., M.E.I.M.). With the spirit to optimize cost with value engineering approach, the effort was successful in getting permission from the owner to implement the idea. The final implemented result of the proposed alternative can reduce the direct cost by ±6.96 billion.
