With years of IT practice, I have the knowledge, creativity and leadership capabilities to work successfully on software product architecture, implementation, testing, operation, and data analysis at a principal level.Currently, my focus is to design, enable and streamline telemetry based quality assessments of OS update operations, using a broad range of technologies including big data systems, machine learning and visualizations in support of the WSD engineering team that is delivering Windows updates to Billions of customers and devices.Previously, I was part of the Windows CXE Phone quality and data team, as well as the Windows Intune test and performance engineering team. In these roles, I was involved in the system design, development of software, and operation of large scale test systems to validate SaaS products of Microsoft.Past projects of mine include the ADG "Integrated Media Portal" 2D desktop engine and web-service, the "ProjectZ" 3D-accelerated digital signage player, the "RSS Virtual Publisher", and the "Holistis" website personalization service.Academically, I hold a PhD in Media Theory (Plymouth University, Faculty of Arts) on the topic of trans-disciplinary analysis of game physics, science and art.
