As a Graduate Research Assistant, I conducted research and computational experiments in the field of material science. Via Density Functional Theory (DFT), I explored and investigated ground state and excited state properties of Chromium trihalides. My responsibilities included utilizing a diverse skill set and effectively learning and using various tools and programming languages such as Linux, Python, Fortran, VASP, and VESTA. Among others, these tools were instrumental in conducting data analysis and simulations to derive meaningful insights and conclusions for my research project. My role demanded persistence, intellectual rigor, and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and successfully navigate complex computational tasks.

Being an RF Project Engineer, I held a rewarding role in managing and overseeing various aspects of projects. My responsibilities included research and development, in addition to ensuring traceability for all materials and procedures involved in completing a job. As well as delegating tasks to other departments and collaborating closely with them to ensure seamless project execution. A significant aspect of my role involved prototyping new requests and converting them into recurring products in our inventory. This involved creating a prototype based on customer specifications, using my knowledge and firsthand experiences. The process was complex and involved combining multiple factors to complete a functioning system. Said factors include selecting the correct ferromagnetic material, transmission line, ground planes, and connectors to ensure successful performance at specified temperature and frequency. In addition to collecting required data and demonstrating successful performance of system. I utilized AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create detailed outlines and designs for our products, paying close attention to dimensions and other specifications. My meticulous approach ensured the accuracy and quality of our products.

In the role of electrical engineer, I was responsible for tuning passive devices to meet specifications within the specified parameters. My responsibilities also included meticulously following documented procedures to ensure accuracy and precision in device tuning. I actively assisted the head engineer in various tasks, contributing to the overall success of projects. One of the key aspects of my role was collecting data for verification purposes, ensuring that our devices met the required performance standards. This required a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the data collection process. Moreover, my role as an Electrical Engineer demanded the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills. This agility and adaptability were essential in keeping pace with evolving technologies and project requirements, allowing me to effectively contribute to the success of our engineering projects
