As a Executive Director of the FESDIP, I am assigned the key role of revamping the organizational structure, design business strategy, do operational modelling and other framework related tasks. About my organization: The Federation of Education and Skill Development Institutions and Personnel (FESDIP) is a legally formed Not-For-Profit entity established with a vision to strengthen the Education and TVET (Skill Development) Ecosystem so that they can do what they are actually meant to do, identify and bridge the gaps and make an impact in the respective fields. While working towards the vision, FESDIP will build the capacity of the professionals associated with the Education, Skills and Entrepreneurship Development by enriching their knowledge, keeping them well informed, enhance their networking, ease of access to the opportunities which they can avail, to provide them a dignified image in the society etc.
