Strengths include agile/iterative practices, software architecture, designing software factories and frameworks, OO design patterns, multi-threaded and distributed development, debugging, and mentoring/teaching. Successfully re-engineered multiple legacy systems yielding significant benefits for the business. One solution included a software factory that served as the foundation for four separate projects saving an estimated $700K in hardware replacement costs and twenty four months of development effort. Another solution included a workflow engine that eliminated business impacts due to system lock ups while simultaneously reducing development costs. The workflow package included a design surface and round-trip source code engineering capability which allows parallel implementations to be maintained in C++, C#, and Java.
