Designation: Electrical Tech Lead,• Coordinate, manage, and direct teams of technicians daily in carrying out routine and non-routing maintenance activity.● Carrying out High and Low voltage Isolation/de-isolation of plant equipment.● Perform 1 yearly and 4 yearly routine inspection on High/Low voltage electric motors, transformer switch gear etc.● Inspection, testing and repair of High voltage and Low voltage Transformers, electric motors, RCU, switchgears UPS etc.● Supervise change-out of Transformer Oil seals, gasket, silica gel & Bushing. ● Pre-commissioning assembling, testing, and commissioning of new transformer.● Routine inspection of switchgears, motor managers, annunciator panels, transformers.● Test, cell coding and maintenance of UPS battery bank and C5 test on battery banks.● Inspection and performance load test on emergency diesel generators (EDG).● Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment ● Earthing inspection

Carryout electrical installation of lighting points, modification of existing power outlets for portable oils. PMR inspection on Transformers, Switch gears, Generators and Electric motors. Battery change out, C5 testing, Battery Cell Coding.
