 Regularly check data entries and update the company website Check and file company’s and other member companies’ newspaper advertisements Look and pursue potential clients through telemarketing or cold calls and through emails Assist in marketing for the company through coordinating events, acquiring sponsorships and placing ads Assist and join in sponsoring trade expo events in the Club Preparation of documentation completion of requirements for submission to the Club Assist in the preparation of Proposals / Quotation Letters for the sale of shares or for the Assignment of Playing Rights Verification of membership accounts of the Club Seller / Assignor Assist in the follow-up of client membership cards, stock certificates & other related documents Assist in the preparation of drafts of Deed of Absolute Sale or Contract of Lease, Transmittal Letters and renewal of Playing Rights and other related documents Assist in checking and updating of club’s policies, rules and regulations especially on club shares that would assist the Company in the marketing of its products Assist in maintenance and organization of document files for the department Preparation of the department’s monthly and yearly sales report(s)
