 Conduct extensive research and assessments to evaluate risk levels.  Develop contingency plans and solutions that reduce and control risks and liabilities. Manage cyber security risk within ethio telecom. Apply ethio telecom cyber security policies and industry data privacy principles. Manage cyber security technical risk identification. Coach and develop less experienced team members. Lead the application of frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST) in a manner specific to ethio telecom processes and controls. Review current risk management policies and protocols. Observe and assess internal operations. Evaluate risk levels and implications.

Manage broad band service provisioning and maintenance for Interent and VPN MPLS services

- Project management of SchoolNet and WeredaNet projects all over the Ethiopia for the installation and commissioning works of more than 1100 sites- Operation and maintenance of Broadband VSAT Network- Operation and maintenance of satellite communication network equipments – international and Gilat Networks VSAT system.- Installation, commissioning and testing of VSAT system at school and Woreda administration sites. - Hub support for HNS and Gilat VSAT networks.

Support Common User Terminal Equipment (CUTE) system at Ethiopian Airlines terminalSupport for Desktop Bagging system including wireless handsets and wireless access points
