In parallel to the Regional SC methods coordination responsibility, I regained the supply chain management of AUDI, VW & Suppliers international plant sections

Missions: sustains the LEONI Wiring Systems Division vision in considering the strategic levers:Efficiency (focus on best-in-class processes), Globalization (develop a regional structure with strong competencies) & Innovation (stimulate continuous improvement culture). Main tasks are:•Support the definition of standards for Supply Chain, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow)•Support the definition and maintenance of the KPIs to measure the Supply Chain activities•Support the definition of an efficient auditing system of the standard Supply Chain processes•Audit the plants on the standard Supply Chain processes•Perform gap analysis on Supply Chain processes•Identify performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections•Create different stock analysis on plant / regional level•Support the definition and maintenance of the Training Materials on standards, tools, methods. Also, execute the trainings for the plants to ensure the right understanding of them•Support the implementation of the standard processes in the plants and offer a technical support on them•Support the organization in critical situations – Task Force, troubleshooting•Recommend, develop and implement continuous improvement actions of the supply chain processes, procedures, activities and reports•Help and assist the Supply Chain Department in problem solving=>Feb. to Mar. 2014: 02 months to support the implementation of the supply chain standards for our new plant in Beijing-China (MB KSK C-class)

Missions: •Prepare logistics cost & inventory budget, FCI, FCII and business plans. •Report on a monthly basis the logistics realization and reconciliates Actual vs Budget •Participate and follow up PDCA and action plans placed for not respected Items-budget •Follow up the material flows and logistics processes to avoid any negative contribution to the EBIT and/or the PCR •Monitoring of material variance (runout [obsolete], scrap & stock taking diff.) •Follow up of logistics KPI •Esure stock Year-End evaluation for the auditors •Supervise, as a first responsible, the stock tacking activities and procedures to ensure a reliable output.

Missions: •Deploy the LEONI Supply Chain (SC) strategy in the plant •Identify performance deviations based on the KPIs and develop action plans for corrections at plant level •Support the definition of standards for SC, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow) •Provide all needed support to train and coach the Plant SC structure on SC standard processes in order to ensure that they are understood and implemented •Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process at BU level •Champion the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in the plant •Ensure accurate and efficient Raw Material Supply process •Support the implementation of the internal material flow system •Support the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions) •Support the supplier management in the plant (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.) •Support the service provider management in the plant (inbound and outbound) •Support the definition of an appropriate auditing system on the standard SC processes •Support the new projects implementation in the plant •Coordinate the Stock-take process in the plant •Budget control •Allocate time and resources in accordance with the development plan •Recommend, develop and implement continuous improvement actions of the SC processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports •Set up objectives and priorities to achieve the targets •Identify performance deviations and develop action plans for corrections •Management of Plant SC teams (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring) •Coordinate activities within the department and monitor results in order to achieve the defined objectives •Continuously empower & motivate the team

Missions: newly implemented, the main activities had been linked to the YAZAKI SC standards processes set up and prioritize staff training. Covered fields and activities are: •Deploy the YAZAKI Supply Chain strategy in the plant •Provide all needed support to train and coach the Plant SC structure on SC standard processes in order to ensure that they are understood and implemented •Regularly review Supply Chain issues with the YAZAKI Europe central functions •Stock control & information flow (Range of coverage, bottlenecks, EDI, escalation steps) •Support the implementation of the internal material flow system •Support the projects and relocations in logistics topics •Identify performance deviations based on the KPIs and develop action plans for corrections at plant level •Escalation window to SAP-consultants in case of any issue related to the SAP system •Weekly KPI & news reporting to supply chain management and commodity buyers

Missions: manage procurement activities of the whole plant which consists of 05 Plant Sections (PS-MB C-class, PS-MB E-class, PS-AVW, PS-BMW & PS-SI [suppliers International]). Main tasks are: •Ensure the completeness of activities within the Procurement department •Identify performance deviations based on the KPIs and develop action plans for corrections •Support the definition of standards for SC, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow) •Support to train and coach the Procurement team on SC standard processes in order to ensure that they are understood and implemented •Ensure accurate and efficient Raw Material Supply process; coordinate the MRP process •Permanent control of inventories to maintain them at the optimum level in order to achieve the defined targets •Provide information regarding the material availability •Support the implementation of the internal material flow system •Participate in the truck planning (inbound) together with the transport coordinator •Support the supplier management in the plant (localization, consignment agreements, Logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.) •Participate in the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks •Coordinate the Stock-take process in the plant •Allocate time and resources in accordance with the development plan •Recommend, develop and implement continuous improvement actions of the supply chain processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports •Set up objectives and priorities to achieve the targets •Identify performance deviations and develop action plans for corrections •Management of Procurement team (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring) •Coordinate activities within the department and monitor results in order to achieve the defined objectives •Continuously empower and motivate the team

Missions: manage materials availability for MB & AVW business. Main tasks are: •Ensure accurate and efficient Raw Material Supply process •Raw Material order management on regular basis (check, release, send) based on the MRP output •Permanent check of the material availability in order to prevent shortages; ensure continuous supply from suppliers according to the orders sent •Identify urgent materials and initiates the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks in case of shortages •Develop and maintain regular contact with suppliers •Regularly review the supplier delivery performance evaluation; take action against nonperforming suppliers •Permanent control of inventories to maintain them at the optimum level in order to achieve the defined targets •Close monitoring of technical changes in order to ensure the availability of material and avoid obsolescence •Ensure the accuracy of parameters in the system for Raw Materials •Offer support in the truck planning (inbound) together with the transport coordinator
