* Elaboration and preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards and local GAAP (Tunisian) with respect group deadlines.* Monthly analysis of the income statement. (Revenue cost of sales, opex and Capex).* Monthly submission of the Hyperion/COGNOS consolidated report to the group.* Review, follow up and analysis of the balance sheet accounts (Reconciliation of the accounts).* Coordinate with external and internal auditors.* Address and resolve tax related queries.* Control of the local tax application. * Supervise and approve the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.* Lead process of reconciliation of intercompany accounts.* Report on tax status compared to tax planning.* Responsible for inventory control and inventory management of the company

* Insuring the completeness and the exactitude of the different types of the revenues of the company (Prepaid revenue, post paid, interconnection and roaming revenue).* Validation of the new promotion lunch by the Marketing (Tariffs, impacts...) * Follow up, analysis and reconciliation of the roaming revenue between the company and all other telecommunication operators (SFR, Orange, O2...)* Coordinate with the financial clearing house to resolve issue related to the Roaming * Follow up, analysis and reconciliation of the interconnection revenue with the others operators.* Managing the revenue sharing with content providers.* Supporting management on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.* Support and Assist in the implementation of a global ERP system (Oracle finance).AR, AP, GL, Inventory and Cash Management.* Participate actively in the implementation of the “DATAWAREHOUSE” related to financial and accounting issues.

* Lead and supervise the financial and accounting team, and provide assistance in resolution of technical problems.* Ensure accurate accounting records are maintained at all times.* Regular follow up of debtors and keep management informed about any issues* Ensure quarterly and annually financial statements and accurate management reports are provided. * Supervise and approve the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.* Finalisation of accounts and coordinating with external and internal auditors* Managing a team of 8 peoples

* Supervise and coordinate financial and accounting functions of different subsidiaries of the group.* Ensure that corporate financial reporting fairly reflects the underlying business activities * Oversee and participate in all consolidation activities with external consultants and other departments (Group Lawyers, Corporate and Project Finance, Financial Advisory Services, Accountancy, Budget, Control and Consolidation, Audit, etc.) and local teams.* Validation and finalization of the financial statements of the different subsidiaries of the group and coordinating with external auditors.* Audit of the interim financial statement situations of the group companies’.* Establishing appropriate internal controls, accounting systems, and reporting processes. * Working closely with local authorities and Group Tax Manager to ensure that the company is compliant for all local employment and corporate tax matters.* Managing a team of 5 persons.
