I ensured the managerial point of contact for all IT processes ( in terms of advice, implementation and compliance of different process) I managed the IT process support team (ensure the weekly team meetings, the defining the objectives and tasks of each team member, conducting annual assessments of each member of the team) Verification and sending to the TOP Management the IT monthly KPIs.For SOX Certification, I collected all the information about the different SOX controls for the IT part. I worked closely with the Audit & SOX Compliance team for the evaluation and monitoring of IT controls. I ensured meetings with IT senior management for follow-up weekly conformities in terms of process for SOX certification. I was the single point of contact with external auditors to provide all the evidence of IT controls.
