This helped to identify opportunities to improve productivity by redesigning workflows.- Partnered with a Software Factory to outsource the development. - Co-designed the business plan and bootstrapped it with public funds (Startup Chile 2013 & UDD Ventures 2014).- Managed the development team and supported front-end development tasks.- Defined and implemented SEM using Google Ads, increasing monthly sales by up to 30%.

- Led the development of the Decision Support System (DSS) for pricing in one of the largest food companies in Chile. This project was successfully distributed and launched in more than 20 branches in Chile.- Implemented demand forecasting and pricing models using sales, inventory, and production data.- Led two successful implementations with clients in the automotive and food industries.
