Current• Effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements, that is, working directly with plan actuary, software developers and SMEs to ensure what is developed and tested meets the business requirements.• Responsible for the processing and delivery of pension and benefit enrolment, change and termination forms for IUOE Local 793 members to ensure accuracy of records and compliance with the company’s policies• Assist with continuous upgrade testing as needed to ensure expected functionality for IUOE members.• Respond to clients and members’ inquiries.• Accountable for the management of special projects as assigned by the Benefits Operations Lead.• Liaise with stakeholder and end users to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
