I was hired to build and lead the engineering side of a small new digital product team in a hardware/telecom-oriented company, which would focus on building web platforms for the company's ecosystem. In less than 3 years the engineering team grew to a dozen developers plus two UX/UI/DS designers, and from 1 to 3 main products plus a handful of side projects.
