Controller Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala | April 2022 - June 2024As Financial Controller, I managed the functioning and operation of the subsidiaries in Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala, in all their tax, financial, administrative and operational context.Achievements:- I implemented and integrated electronic invoicing between the authorized platform and the company's ERP, improving the response time in sending invoices and maximizing the productivity of human resources related to invoicing.- I recovered and stabilized the client portfolio in the 3 countries, going from a percentage in arrears of 50% to 30%.- Managed the change of accounting firms, achieving improvements in tax and fiscal decisions.

As the company's accountant, I was responsible for the analysis of accounting records (income and expenses), preparation of tax returns, payroll management, reporting to management and preparation of financial statements. Additionally, I oversaw the management, follow-up, development and support of administrative and logistic tasks.Achievements:- During the last 7 years in the position, I managed and achieved, together with the team, the recovery of income tax refunds.- I actively participated in the expansion of financial relationships and improved credit lines year after year.- I successfully led the implementation of occupational health and other programs required by national entities.- During the pandemic, I led the delivery of orders (Hardware), with the customs agent, complying with the times agreed in the negotiations.

I managed and developed the operational and administrative tasks of the existing positions in the office, among which were: cashier, consignment check manager, commercial advisor and office assistant manager.
