CurrentAs presales manager in Cincom Document Solutions group, my responsabilities include the support to marketing and sales people for the development of our sales (licences and services) in the EMEA market mainly in France and UK.Cincom Documents Solutions develops sotfware in the following markets- EDM & ECM (archival, versioning, search and retreival, workflow, portal) and ECM with Cindoc and Cincom ECM, - Document Automation & Multi-Channel Customer Communication (CCM) with Cincom EloquenceOur key differentiators and assets- Our solutions are designed to fit business requirements including the ability to be used by "business users" and to be integrated in business processes or applications- Our knowledge of the Financial Services & Insurance industries and of all the activities where the documents are critical (CRM, front-office, "business documents" : contracts, policies, personalized correspondances, EOB, statements, bills) or when the documents are managed through internal processes (approval or distribution workflows or reviews) - Our ability to integrate our solution in complex and various environments (OnPremise, Cloud) - Our all-inclusive methodology approach that ensures costs and risk control for our customers...
