-Working with the Head of Fabric to develop and introduce concise and considered ranges of new fabrics for the main S/S and A/W print collection as well as for capsule print collections such as Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Activewear/Swim.-Designing seasonal jacquards, embellishments and intarsia knits to sit within the print collection. -Visiting printers and mills and managing the development and cost of new ranges directly with manufacturers from initial concept through to final fabrication.-Producing a body of seasonal research relating to a design brief and using resources such as museums, libraries and site specific visits.-Designing original, commercial prints for the S/S and A/W collections as well as redrawing and reworking archive designs. Balancing hand-drawing/painting with a thorough knowledge of Photoshop and AVA to create fashion forward, on brand designs working to the Head of Designs' brief.-Producing a range of commercial colour stories and translating these into colourways for print and jacquard designs. Colour separation for factory production.-Visualisation and production of new fabrics into promotional garments, lookbooks and brochures. Liaising with seamstresses and graphic designers to create a concise design direction. -Working at Industry Trade Shows, e.g. Premiere Vision, Mare Di Moda etc. to engage with customers and educate and inspire them about new fabrications and design themes. -Collaborating with brands on bespoke innovation projects through sourcing and developing new fabrics.

Selected by Texprint as one of the UK's most talented design graduates of 2013, I went on to exhibit work in London, Premiere Vision Paris and Intertextile Shanghai. Designs were sold to British, French and Italian clients as well as aquiring a collaboration with Interiors company Surface View.
