I was responsible of the projects about optimization and improvement of the flow of goods in the Casino's Supply Chain, from the supplier till the stores. In the year I worked at this department I did the analysis of about 70 suppliers, and changed its flow parameters to have a reduction of about 3 millions of euros in stock.I’ve also coordinated a project to close a warehouse and the transference of its suppliers to another centers. With this project we had a gain of 1,5 millions of euros.Also, I was in charge of the integration in the supply chain of a new chain of stores located in only one region of France with about 150 stores.

I was in charge for the forecasting process for the convenience stores of the Casino Group.To manage the process I was involved in all the setting up of the replenishment software, so I know the different parameters of this kind of applications.I visited multiple stores and I learned about the particularities of the convenience market.

I managed a warehouse where my responsibility was to ensure the distribution of garments for all the stores, and I was responsible of about 110 people.I had to coordinate all the process in the warehouse for achieving all the activities, and controlling the budget.I managed certain projects to reduce all the time required for shipping the merchandise to the stores, and to improve the warehouse's productivity.In the year I worked at this warehouse I achived an improvement in productivity of about 20% to get to the desired levels.I've also achived the goals of inventory reliability with an average of 99.5%, and punctuality with an average of 95%.

I was in charge of the analysis of the warehouses's process, for improve their productivity.I worked to create a measure for the productivity, where I had to define a process for data collection and analysis.I was also in charge of the coordination for all the operations in the warehouses for flow of goods for the special events of the company.
