Strategy & Marketing•Direct overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and regional communications for the region. Facilitate the design and implementation of marketing plans.•Ensure our competitive differentiation through defining product/market requirements, pricing, and positioning.•Oversee the management of market intelligence database and development of strategic marketing and sales tools.•Responsible for all aspects of developing and executing an integrated strategic and operational marketing plan, including value based pricing, promotion, selection/identification of target markets, and the evaluation and development of distribution channels.Product Portfolio & Tech Service•Works with sales, tech service and product management to ensure products meet market requirements and are cost competitive.•Product and Technology Portolio Management. Optimization of the Product Financial Performance.•Responsible for maintaining and growing market share.•Establish and measure business financial targets based on product mix and pricing strategies.•Manage Tech Service in line with sales and innovation/technology projects.Leadership and Communication•Ensure efficient and effective communication between Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Demand/Supply/Inventory, Tech Service, Product Management and Marketing via clearly defined processes and standard operating procedures.•Provides mentoring, establishes high performance standards and leads continuous improvement efforts.•Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing and sales teams to ensure effective fulfillment of objectives defined in sales and marketing plans. •Develop and manage overall operational marketing budget of $1 million.
