I'm the Team Lead for a Tier 2 team supporting a Java-based web application running within a distributed software architecture. Working in a fast-paced customer support environment, my team installs and configures software on customer systems, troubleshoots system outages and other issues reported by customers, and reports defects to software engineering.

Created web-based text and video tutorials for faculty and students in the School of Library and Information Science on the use of Desire2Learn, the campus learning management system for distance learning. Also provide group and one-on-one instruction and support via email, chat, online discussion forums, and Elluminate/Collaborate, the synchronous web-conferencing platform used on campus.

Performed original and copy cataloging in OCLC Connexion for monographs, brochures, and pamphlets added to the library's collection

Assisted a diverse population of public library patrons with circulation needs and ready reference questions at the library's circulation desk. Performed other duties such as processing, sorting, and shelving of materials as well as fulfillment of hold requests submitted by library users.

Performed logic and circuit design as well as regression testing for CPU designs. Designed hardware systems for system validation testing of CPU products.
