With a focus on advancing my knowledge and skills, I am currently a senior at Florida International University pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity. My coursework has honed my expertise in Information & Storage Retrieval and Computing and Network Security. Prior to my university endeavors, I graduated from TERRA Environmental Research Institution's Engineering Magnet Program in June 2020. In terms of practical experience, I participated in the Minority Serving Institutions Internship Program (MSIIP) in Washington, DC, where I interned with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) from June to August 2023. This immersive experience provided me with hands-on exposure to ongoing projects while refining my organizational skills and professionalism. Additionally, I volunteered at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum, contributing to community events and enhancing my ability to work effectively within a team.My professional journey includes roles as a Sales Representative at LA Fitness and as a Back-of-House Cook at Chick-fil-A, where I demonstrated my ability to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of food preparation. Alongside my academic and professional pursuits, I have developed proficiency in English and Spanish, earned Microsoft certification, and cultivated a customer-focused approach. With a knack for adaptability, I am eager to continue learning and contributing within the cybersecurity field and beyond.
