Focal point to HQ Drilling engineering.• 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prepare well design based on NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530 and ANP SGIP: basis of design, detailed well program, contingency plan, cost-benefit analysis, HAZID with MAH action plan, risk register, RACI chart, casing design, depth x time, procedures, well control, well barriers plan, well abandonment plan and DWOP. Implement lessons learned and best practices. Eliminated fishing with proper equipment selection. Support procurement and legal teams during tender with scope of work and technical support. • 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Supervise well operations, coordinate 4-person team and contractors to deliver well operations with land rigs, snubbing unit and rigless. Provide real time support to well operations with the aim to deliver the plan within schedule. Support implementation of HSE standards. Roll out senior management improvement plans. Contract management for well services with bundle and integrated services, rig, casing, well control, wellhead and inspections. • 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Weekly report to stakeholders, control operations schedule, QC well reports, field visits, audits, commissioning, MOC, KPI, contractor evaluation, SQ investigations with SCAT and Taproot, and Kanban. Approved 34 MM USD in invoices. Sort out contract disputes.• 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prepare EOWR with post job presentation, well handover, certificates, ANP reports, lessons learned and contract closure.

• Field experience leading jobs in vertical, J, S and horizontal wells with motor, rotary steerable, turbine, geo steering, salt drilling, anti-collision, jetting, sidetrack, under reamer and Jar.• Field experience for 21 deep-water wells in Brazil. Worked in exploration wells, Roncador, Marlim Sul, Jubarte and Lula fields.• Acted as Drilling Engineer in Petrobras support centers to optimize drilling operations in Lula and Libra pre-salt wells.• Prepared BHA design, hydraulics and torque and drag model.• Experience drilling wells with offshore Managed Pressure Drilling system.

• Managed 18-person team to deliver Directional Drilling and MWD/LWD services mainly to Petrobras Campos basin account in a fast growing location with 1 to 4 rigs simultaneously. • Direct revenue experience was 21 MM USD.• Reviewed day-to-day operations and maintenance priority to deliver services and optimize cost.• Agreed team objectives and conducted employee performance reviews for Manage by Objective. • Worked during job preparation, rig site execution and delivery for MWD/LWD high tier services to Chevron for 17 offshore wells.• Launched LWD Sonic Multipole and Pressure Test tools for slim hole size to Chevron in Angola.• Executed field test for slim hole LWD pre-test tool in a Schlumberger land rig in Cameron, Texas, USA.• Participated in multilateral TAML Level 2.• Performed SQ project to improve LWD Sonic services reliability recognized by the Chevron Sonic expert.

• Worked through job preparation, rig site execution and data delivery for MWD/LWD services to Petrobras, ENI and Shell.• Worked in several offshore drilling rigs available in Brazil for 32 wells and executed 3 jobs in Angola for Total and Sonangol.• Experience executing the follow high tier M/LWD services: Resistivity, Bed Boundary Detection, Density, Porosity NMR and Nuclear, Sonic, Pre-Test, Spectroscopy, Sigma, Caliper, Gamma Ray and Real Time Images. • Launched LWD Spectroscopy tool in Brazil.• Acted as LWD InTouch Engineer temporally providing global technical support in Houston, USA.• Published several best practices and lessons learned in Schlumberger InTouch system.• Participated in multilateral TAML Level 5. Experience with HT well.
