Primarily responsible for strategy, research, onboarding, training, sourcing, identifying, qualifying talented engineering & construction professionals for the E&C business unit within M.C. Dean.M.C. Dean is Building Intelligence®. Our team supports & executes design, build, operating, and maintenance of cyber-physical solutions for the nation’s most recognizable mission critical facilities, secure environments, complex infrastructure, and global enterprises.

 Learning Program Manager of Recruiting with responsibilities for the training and development initiatives that impact the Recruiter population, as well as developing company-wide training material both online and instructor-led.  Works with leadership and stakeholders to perform role and task analysis to identify gaps and develop solutions. If training is needed, my team develops blended learning programs which include online, instructor-led and virtual training lessons with a strong emphasis on reinforcement protocols such as formal mentor programs and social learning to drive positive business behaviors.  Additional responsibilities include overseeing designers and facilitators that build, implement, and deliver the numerous online and instructor-led programs specific to field employees. Actively meets with specialty groups for technology enhancements that affect the outcome of training; partners and actively participates in the design, development and deployment of new system roll-outs and upgrades.

 Was lead facilitator for live interactive operations training program for 16 new hires; facilitated over 20 instructor-led training sessions per year. Day-to-day responsibilities included training new recruiters on the basics of recruiting which included the local labor market, customer surveys, industry trends, value messaging, consultant approach, negotiations, networking, qualifying candidates and how to build their book of business and business growth. Evaluated recruiter performance and coached account managers through the recruiter and new hire lifecycles. Evaluated organizational learning strategy and coaching model to build engaging training material driving our top operational initiatives.  Enhanced corporate training programs through revamped online module activities, instructor-led classroom sessions, and interactive content creation. Subject matter expert who works directly with instructional designers and video production team to evaluate and continuously evolve all deliveries to enhance learning journey.  Coached supporting co-facilitator group on best practices of program facilitation and leadership.

 Was responsible for understanding the local labor market and all aspects associated with the identification, placement and management of contract and permanent employees. Identified candidates using a systematic sourcing strategy by leveraging internal proprietary databases along with external social networking sites. Cold called and networked with candidates locally to understand skills, goals, interests and long term career aspirations to determine relevancy of job opportunities within the Chicagoland area. Negotiated contract terms including compensation and benefit packages based on consultant and customer needs. Developed and implemented a stringent screening process by conducting office interviews, reference checks, technical assessments and background investigations to validate high caliber candidates for various roles at client sites. Presented qualified applicants to internal sales teams by building employee value propositions for each individual need. Coordinated interview times, prepared candidates for interviews, solicited feedback, processed compliance paperwork and other terms and conditions of employment. In charge of onboarding and consistent communication through execution of customer service touch point calls, lunches and various interactions throughout the consultant’s engagement. Provided performance feedback to ensure satisfaction and successful completion of assignment and continuous employment. Ability to effectively step in when needed to assist Account Manager in all aspects of our business and act as liaison between hiring managers and consultants. Participated in office interviews to identify new hires for internal team.  Mentored internal employees by sharing best practices specifically in areas of development and career path.
