I oversee the building operations and facility management for two office towers. My role includes managing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams, overseeing repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I work closely with the Fit Out Department to manage renovations and upgrades for both landlords and tenants. Additionally, I handle stakeholder issues, monitor contractor and vendor performance, control expenditures, and collaborate with the Safety Department to maintain a safe working environment.

I handle landlord's planned preventive maintenance and repairs for Taylor’s Group, which includes a university campus, a college campus, four international schools, and 100++ small office units. My responsibilities encompass managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing day-to-day facility management operations, and preparing project quotations. I also manage vendors and stakeholders for property-related issues, prepare and review Group-level Standard Operating Processes, and supervise the utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. In addition, I compile monthly reports on facility management costs, activities, utility usage, and incident reports for Taylor's Group. I also provide advisory services, reviews, and analyses related to new property investments and leasing strategies.

I'm in charge of planning, managing, and overseeing projects, making sure they stay on schedule and within budget. My focus is on achieving project goals and maintaining high-quality standards. I'm also dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency in various types of buildings through practical solutions, green technology, and sustainable designs.

I lead and inspire the engineering team to work cohesively and support the sales team in technical matters. I also provide training to new team members on product specifications, liaise with customers regarding their technical needs, and deliver technical presentations to potential clients. Additionally, I oversee energy audits and conservation reports, schedule installation tasks, and handle material procurement and logistics.

I lead maintenance activities to ensure plant and equipment operate efficiently, prioritizing safety and cost-effectiveness. I also initiate and manage technical improvement projects for quality, production, and safety. Additionally, I offer process support, from design to commissioning, to enhance plant efficiency. I oversee equipment maintenance to ensure reliability for continuous plant operation at Bintulu Plant.
