As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt I am building and managing a team of Lean, Implementation and Knowledge Specialists. Responsibilities include:- Creating an implementation process which ensures that all process improvements are quickly implemented and embedded in the process standard and the behaviour of every operational employee.- Designing, implementing and coaching a continuous improvement program for all operational managers at CoolblueBezorgt. Including building a team of dedicated Lean Specialists within all delivery networks of Coolblue in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (i.e. CoolblueDelivers NL/BE, CoolbueLiefert, CoolblueBikes).- Developing a performance behaviour environment within CoolblueDelivers. With them aim that every operational manager, teamleader and delivery employee knows what their goals are and the behavior needed to achieve those goals. Supported by the development of impact trees, process standards, kpi's and dashboarding.
