Frank Cann is Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President of FH Cann & Associates, Inc., which he co-founded in 1999 with his wife, Sheri Traficante-Cann. Frank has acquired over 30 years of experience in collections and more recently in account servicing, having served in virtually every role possible. Mr. Cann currently oversees operations, new business development, Public Affairs and Client Services. Frank is driven by his competitive nature to provide the best customer service while maximizing returns for his clients. FHC assists consumers by helping them navigate through the complex landscape of the lifetime of a student loan. To accommodate these services, Frank has built an organization with state-of-the-art technology, a comprehensive Information Security Management Program, and a robust training program.
