Direct report to COOResponsible for managing the portfolio of Capex programs and projects at the company's 3 industrial units in Brazil. Leads own direct multidisciplinary team of 22 professionals, including project managers, engineering, technology and financial control consultants. Main atributions:• Engineering and Technology Process Owner: elaborates and implements the Capex strategic plan for all company operations and ensures adherence to the practices of the Capex Management System. Structure teams, define indicators, procedures and reports. Directly responsible for the cost (competence and cash flow), term and quality indicators of the company's Capex projects, with a budget of MMR $ 250 / year;

Argentina And Brazil

- Defined Capex projects portfolio to meet the company's strategic planning objectives, focusing on capacity expansion, productivity increase (modernizations), asset requalification, safety and environment (budget of MMUS $ 50 / year. portfolio of energy efficiency improvement projects in different industries (mining, steel, petrochemical, etc.) to implement a national incentive program to improve energy performance in the industry (150 MMUSD budget)- Structured the project management office (PMO), defining teams, functions, indicators and management practices;- Supported the implementation of strategic projects, acting as manager and consultant, involving global solution providers;- Participated in the structuring and implementation of the Integrated Maintenance System, defining strategies, teams, functions, indicators, reports, maintenance plans, etc.

Direct report to Corporate Industrial DirectorCorporate responsible for engineering, maintenance, technology and energy management in 10 industrial units, downstream operations and supporting processes in Brazil, Argentina and e Colombia, acting as the respective process owner. Lead own team of 22 professionals, including consultants in engineering, maintenance, technology, financing, besides on demand contracted specialists. Main attributions: • “Process Owner” of Engineering and Technology: construction of Capex strategic plan and deployment of projects for all company`s operations as well as compliance assurance to the Capex management practices. Respond directly for cost (competency and cash flow), duration and quality of Capex projects in Brazil (MMUSD 50/yr budget) and abroad (over MMUSD 50/yr budget). Technical support for all geographies; • “Process Owner” of Maintenance: definition and implementation of the SMI - Integrated Maintenance Management System in different operations and geographies, responding for the cost, availability and practices, reporting directly to the company`s CEO and managing budget of MMUSD 30/yr in Brazil so far;• Management of energy and industrial gases contracts (MMUSD 70/yr), as well as maintenance contracts (MMUSD 5/yr) of Brazilian operations.

Direct report to Corporate Energy DirectorResponsible for the development and implementation of energy efficiency and demand management corporate programs, in more than 50 industrial units where the company operates. • Structured and implemented the global corporate programs of energy efficiency and demand management, defining governance, practices, KPIs – key performance indicators, deploying the respective routines of check and report;• Defined and implemented energy efficiency projects in the Brazilian industrial units, with focus on low/no cost , delivering MMUSD 16 in savings, in a 2-year time frame;• Coordinated the energy efficiency front of the corporate innovation program, involving directly more than 600 employees, generating 6000 improvement ideas and 17 value propositions, unfolded in 3 innovation projects, with an NPV of MMUSD 25.

Direct Report to Industrial Operations DirectorResponsible for the strategic alignment and portfolio management of Capex projects, according to PMO – Project Management Office methodology in seven industrial units (4 in Brazil and 3 in US). • Managed own multidisciplinary teams with 25 project coordinators and 600 contractors, with a MMUSD 100 budget in 3 years;• Defined and implemented the industrial unit Capex plan, to achieve targets related to safety, environment, capacity expansion and cost reduction, delivering the planned scope with less than 10% of cost and duration deviation.

Charqueadas - Brasil

Direct report to General Manager of Engineering and MaintenanceResponsible for the availability of production lines, supporting processes and utilities, with a MMUSD 1,0 monthly budget, through the application of advanced techniques of maintenance management. Coordinated the implementation of Capex projects with multidisciplinary teams. Lead a team of 100 employees.• Defined the strategy and deployed preventive and predictive maintenance plans, improving availability of production lines and delivering monthly increase of revenues of MUSD 600, after 2 years;• Implemented Capex projects, mainly related to capacity increase, power systems expansion, utilities, safety and environment, with individual budgets up to MMUSD 5,0;• Lead technology transfer contracts with global suppliers from Germany, Austria, Italy and Sweden to increase capacity and to develop new products in electric meltshops, through Best practices application;• Implemented quality management programs and ISO standards as internal advisor and coordinated 6-Sigma projects as a Green-belt certified consultant;• Elected president of CIPA (Internal Commission of Accident Prevention), among more than 1000 employees.
