I am an experienced Manager in the US Health and Benefits Admin/Consulting space. My goal is to help clients and their employees understand the benefits their company offers and enable them to enroll in and manage these benefits through an easy and efficient process. I use my technical and operational process experience to help internal teams setup and navigate through systems to administer our clients' data and elections from the inbound HRIS data process through outbound carrier and payroll files.I strive to be the best people manager to my teams by empowering and encouraging them to be great while helping to manage their workload.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors especially near the ocean. I also enjoy working out, playing and coaching my kids and their teammates in different sports (basketball/softball), cheering for local sports teams/players and spending time with friends and family.
