- Define and implement processes and systems within the BIA Group in order to reach operational excellence and ensure that products and services provided by BIA meet Customers expectations and satisfaction in an efficient way;- Accelerate the digitalization transformation of BIA;- Structure and develop an efficient & customer-oriented Quality Department.

- Setting-up and implementation of BIA After Market strategy across African territories (for Mining, Construction and Transport markets in 24 countries) - Managing the global Interfacing with OEM’s for all related After Market topics

- Regional Manager for Hub2 including Burkina Faso, Niger, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Togo, Benin, Cameroun and Tchad- Country Manager for Burkina Faso

- Studies and Development of industrial projects in Africa and Middle East;- Re-organization of commercial network (agents, distributors, local offices) in the region;- Participation to the strategy elaboration for Essential Chemicals products (worldwide).

- Responsible for the implementation of AQUADEV’s program in Rwanda. AQUADEV is active in the development of the Rwandan micro-finance sector with the following activities : capacity building of employees and customers of Micro Finance Institutions (MFI), computerization of MFI, implementation of the guarantee fund for the refinancing of MFI, ...- Human resource management (12 persons); - Management of the relationship with external service providers (consultants,…); - Financial and administrative management of the project (budgets elaboration, accounting follow-up, elaboration of reports, planning of activities, monitoring, …);- Representation of AQUADEV NGO towards government officials, network of international NGOs, and other actors in the micro-finance sector;- Fund raising and negotiation with partners and donors (local and international);- President of the Board of the guarantee fund for the refinancing of MFI (SMGF).

- Responsible for the commercial strategy at European level (customer segmentation, commercial offering including pricing, budget, business intelligence, …) for bleaching agents used by detergent manufacturers; - Key Account Management (with customers like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, …); - Contract negotiation;- Sales force coordination (8 Account Managers) in Western and Central Europe.

- Opening of a new commercial office in Santiago;- Market studies, prospecting, business development, sales.

- Supervision of projects in order to improve production planning, packaging, storage, …- Implementation of a new organization and a new IT tool (SAP) in order to plan production- Production planning and quality management

- Harmonization of procedures and concepts at the European level - Analyze of “supply chain” processes from order intake to the management of stocks- Documentation, training and assistance to final users
