Felicia is currently serving as the Assistant Director for Library Services in Boston Public Schools. BPS is a district that serves 45,000 students across 120+ schools. She is also pursuing her EdD in Curriculum and Instructional with an emphasis on educational technology. As a former Education Ambassador with GBH, she has collaborated with teachers and students to brainstorm ideas centered around programming and instruction for educators in Massachusetts. She continues to lead Virtual High School students and support the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's initiative to offer AP virtual classes for college bound students. Felicia began her education career as a Speech Language Pathologist and moved into librarianship. As a certified Librarian and lover of all things technology, she has served as a technology coordinator, she is Adobe Premium certified, and continues to offer support to those in need of technical assistance in the district.
