• Manage Instagram account (@melbourne_tff ), including scheduling posts and stories, content creation, and increasing audience engagements by reels, stories interations, and the filter, increasing 100% of Instagram reach• Create an exclusive Instagram filter which made 1.8k impressions during the event (3 days)

• Operate an account targeting Mandarin-speaking students in Melbourne on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and accumulate over 10,000 views• Create contents including copywriting, photography, graphic design, as well as video shooting and editing

• Examine Health System - an ERP system designed for the healthcare work team.• Follow the check-up team heading to elementary and secondary schools, in charge of managing students to get check-up orderly as well as uploading the student check-up data accurately and immediately.• Assist the clients’ data entry process with Microsoft Office Suite
