CurrentProviding free, confidential and impartial information, advice and advocacy services to the public on social services, rights and entitlements.Key responsibilities include: The direct delivery of information, advice, advocacy and referral services to wide spectrum of service users.The provision of on-the-job training and support to a large team of paid staff, CE participants and volunteers. Liaison with other service providers - statutory and voluntary.Provision of information sessions and seminars to local community groups. Managing a busy office and outreach centres.Carrying out Display Screen Equipment assessments.Creating and maintaining Social Media presence for County Service.
