In this role, I:- Maintain the website in collaboration with the office manager and graphic designer- Maintain a social media presence through product campaigns, project updates and solar energy awareness to increase visibility of the co-op- Engage and solicit new members through the newsletter and by planning informational events

Each year as event planner, I organize audience-specific trainings, regional trainings, webinars, project or grant-specific events and other meetings. With each event, my focus is providing the structure, guiding the planning process, managing the budget and ultimately holding the space for attendees to gather, network and achieve their professional goals. My role necessitates incorporating the technology and marketing necessary to assure that the event is a success. I am also responsible for:- Website management- Social media posting- Graphic design for in-agency documents- Office management- Volunteer coordination- Leading the membership renewal process and promoting awareness of member benefits on the web.

I worked under the Violence Against Women Act and Justice System Training Program grants; assisting with the grant process, law enforcement trainings on domestic violence and sexual assault; was webmaster for the Wisconsin Drug Endangered Children Program website; did office tasks like meeting minutes for statewide advisory committees.
